Appendix, Appendix!

Okay, all the Appendixes are done except the most optional one, Appendix L.

Once I get the Merlin Gate map made, the module is 100% playable. However, after that point the things I would like to do are:

• Put the text into a laid-out PDF
• Transform all p. XX references to a page number in the PDF
• Add art
• Finish Appendix L

Not necessarily in that order.
