Why the big version jump?

APPENDIX L IS DONE! 🎉

That was the last thing for me to be really satisfied. 

Now, there's still a bunch of stuff I'd like to add there -- so there will likely be a 1.1.1 at the very least -- but everything that main text says to "check Appendix L" for is there!

Especially notable is a longer text on what happened to the Merlin, what happened when the QCCS tried to create portals besides the first one, and even more information on the Cargo Cult!

Oh, this also means Appendix L is formatted better, too. More white space!
