OKAY, here it is! A complete PDF with all the missing bits! This includes page references, no more page XX! 1.0.0 baby!
"KNOWN BUGS": Appendix L could be bigger. Could probably format all the Appendixes and more generally all tables a bit better. Could probably do to have hyperlinks.
So, all remaining "problems" are more "nice to have" than "must have" things.

No problem!
Yeah, the text file is great if you need to do something like make everything SUPER LARGE PRINT but the PDF is definitely easier on the eyes for most people.
